There are days when you feel focused, capable, clear and then there are the wobbly days.

  • You wonder why it feels harder than it “should”

  • You feel behind, foggy, or just… off

This week’s podcast is something a little different.

In collaboration with Clare Crierie of Calm with Clare, Clare has written and I have recorded, a guided business walking meditation created specifically for small business owners.


Not a productivity episode. Not a strategy breakdown. A pause.

Why a Business Walking Meditation?

When we hear the word meditation, most of us picture sitting still, silence, trying to “empty” our mind.

And if you’re a busy business owner, that can feel impossible.

A walking meditation removes the pressure.


You:

  • Move your body

  • Breathe

  • Notice your surroundings

  • Create space between you and your desk


You don’t need to solve everything. You just need to step away for a few minutes.

This meditation is designed to help you:

A Wobble Doesn’t Mean You’re Failing

One of my favourite lines in this meditation is:

A wobble does not mean failure. It means you care.

Every single business owner has moments of doubt.

The difference isn’t who never wobbles. It’s who doesn't walk away.

You’ve already built something from nothing.

There was once a time when your business was just an idea.

Now it exists. That’s not small.
