Burnout, time management and imposter syndrome were the top 3 requested podcast episodes in an Instagram story poll I did last week, which had me thinking some of you may be feeling a little like this?! 🤣
I popped up a few polls asking what my small business friends were struggling most with right now and I would send a Growth Addicts podcast episode over to help. 33% of my Instagram audience requested the burnout episode with guest Lauren of @the.burnout.therapist in one poll, in the next poll 53% of you requested the episode with Cam Cooney of @camcooneymeditation on Imposter Syndrome and 33% were looking for tips on managing your time better with guest Sarah Stewart of @sarahstewart.co.uk
So I thought on todays blog I would share these episodes with you again, including links so you can just click and listen straight away. You can of course also find The Growth Addicts Podcast wherever you listen to your pods like Apple, Spotify etc.
With guest Lauren of @the.burnout.therapist we discuss what burnout actually is, how to recognise the signs, how to manage those signs and important tips to prevent burnout happening as a small business owner. Tune in here and/or please do send the link to a friend who you know or think might be struggling with burnout too.
Cam Cooney of @camcooneymeditation and I discuss Cam's incredible career journey in this episode where he went from a 19 year old tradesman recovering from a horrific injury, to a now thriving meditation teacher with students world wide! If you're feeling like an imposter in your industry, this is a must listen. This episode also has some hidden gems like a little technique to calm yourself in a stressful situation within minutes. Listen here.
Ah time management, a bug bear for most if not all of us small business owners! Especially if you're managing an employed job too and perhaps caring responsibilities. Sarah of @sarahstewart.co.uk and I dive right into this subject today getting right down to the heart of managing your time as well as some tip tips for changes you can make today. Have a listen here and do let us know what you think!
There are also a ton more episodes there for you to explore covering a whole host of subjects so do have a browse and a listen and of course, if you love what you're hearing and you're listening on Apple, Spotify etc please please please pop a little review on. This is so much appreciated by everyone involved in Growth Addicts and really helps us get the show out there.
Until next time,
Amanda
